Due to the personalised and spiritual nature of spell work and readings, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

Spell work and readings are custom services created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once work has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing the information required to complete their order. If the required information has not been provided within 7 days of purchase, the order may be marked as fulfilled and no refund will be available.
